Anya Green Energy Private Limited (“Anya Energy”) offers refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible  replacement, provided you notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you may request a replacement.
• Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders cancelled before they are shipped may be eligible for a full refund.
